Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping from rivalnutrition.ca
Rival Nutrition offers FREE shipping on all qualified orders when you spend $135 or more (after discounts). Any order spending less than $135 (after discounts) will receive a shipping fee of $10.99.
Rival Nutrition ships via FedEx Ground service. Our shipper, FedEx, cannot ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.
rivalnutrition.ca only ships to locations within Canada. We are unable to fulfill any orders to reshipment facilities. For U.S. orders please use our U.S. website at www.rivalnutrition.com. Orders for in-stock items received before 2:00 pm (CST) usually ship the same day that the order is received. All shipments are coming from our U.S. warehouse facility, most packages arrive 3-7 business days. All orders are crossing international borders between the U.S. and Canada and there can be a shipment delay up to 7 additional days due to customs clearance.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel any order that has been already been shipped.
Return Policy
Consumable items such as protein-based powders and dietary supplements are not eligible for return and are non-refundable (we’re guessing that you wouldn’t want to purchase or use foods or supplements that were in someone else’s possession either).
Exchanges
Rival Nutrition does not accept exchanges. If you received the wrong item, see our "miss-picked items" policy.
Miss-Picked Items - aka: We shipped you the wrong item.
We pick every Rival Nutrition order with care, but occasionally we get it wrong. When we error, we do everything in our power to make it right, including: quickly shipping a replacement item and paying all return shipping fees for the incorrect or defective item. All return items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, or otherwise altered or damaged.
In the event that you received the wrong item (as a result of our error), please Contact Us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Please include your order number and what items were wrong. We will promptly respond, we will provide you with instructions for receiving an exchange. Be sure to verify all items ordered before you finalize your purchase. If you ordered the wrong Food and/or Supplement product we are NOT able to accept and process a return, refund or exchange.
Promo Items
All free promotional items are limited quantities and based on a first come first serve basis for sales orders. All sales with promotional items are final. If you received any promotional items, we cannot offer a replacement or exchange.
Amazon & Third Party Retailers
We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from Amazon or third party retailers. Please review the return policy for the Amazon or the store the product was purchased from. For all orders originating from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service at 1-866-216-1072.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to make sure our provider safely and securely ships your order. We understand that on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Rival Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please contact the shipping provider with any concerns.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly. Repeat offenders will be subject to being placed on our "no-sell" list.
Refund Processing
If eligible for a refund, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be placed back on to your bank or credit account. If an item is eligible for a return, allow up to four weeks from the time that you provide the package to your return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect, approve, and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
